Day 9:
Push-ups are "a world of pain."
Donkey kicks are a world of happiness..."like flying...over a rainbow....with a jet pack!"
And getting punched in the nose is cheating at push-ups and will result in an extra push-up for the entire class.
Also....Bre dances like a chicken.
